Send us a message and a real human from the firestickiptvs.com support team will get back to you directly. We run our own IPTV service end to end, so the person answering knows how Firestick streaming actually works, not just how to forward a ticket. Most replies land within 12 hours, and the fastest route is the live chat at the bottom of your screen.

Live chat is the fastest route, with a first reply in a few minutes around the clock. Email at help@firestickiptvs.com is the better route for anything billing-related or anything that needs a screenshot attached, and it gets a reply within 12 hours. Whichever you pick, write from the email address you signed up with so we can pull your account without a back-and-forth.
Retype the credentials by hand instead of pasting them, because the most common cause is a copied space or a letter O swapped for a zero. If they still fail, test on your phone's mobile data with the Wi-Fi off: if the login works there, your home ISP is throttling or filtering the connection and the fix is on the network side, not the account. If it fails on both, your subscription window has probably expired, which the next answer covers.
Renew from the same email address you used the first time and your existing credentials keep working, so nothing on your Firestick needs to be reinstalled or re-entered. If you want a different plan length or more connections, say so in your message and we apply the change to the same account. New credentials are only issued when an account has fully expired, which is why renewing before the end date is the painless route.
Usually nothing. A single channel dropping is almost always a source feed being swapped, and it comes back on its own within hours. If the same channel is still out after 24 hours, send us the exact channel name and roughly when you noticed, and we will confirm whether the feed is being replaced. What you should not do is reinstall the app or reset your Firestick, because that changes nothing on the feed side and only costs you your settings.
Refund eligibility, the time windows, and the exact steps are written out in our refund policy, with no conditions hidden in small print. The short version: tell us what went wrong within the window, give us a chance to fix it first if it is a technical issue, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Billing questions are handled by the same support address, help@firestickiptvs.com.
Yes. Support runs 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays, because that is when most people actually sit down to watch. Live chat is staffed around the clock, and email replies go out within 12 hours at any time of day. The only exception is the billing desk, which keeps 09:00 to 22:00 UTC hours for payment-specific work.
It works on every current Fire TV model, including the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, the 4K, the Lite, and the Fire TV Cube, as well as older sticks still running a supported Fire OS. If you are choosing a device, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max is the one we point people to first, because its Wi-Fi 6 radio and faster processor hold a 4K stream more steadily than the Lite during busy evening hours. The full model-by-model walkthrough, with the exact install steps for each, is in our setup guide, and if your Firestick is an unusual or older version, message us before you subscribe and we will confirm it before you pay.
